I just wish to thank you for the opportunity to become a "Tall Poppy". Those who have not gone through a "HumanizeMe" Course, will not understand what I mean - do it and they will know how wonderful & freeing it is to be able to no longer have to feel that you have to feel guilty, to carry around anger and pain, and that you are not the cause for other peoples mistakes. It is so liberating. I can be me - and like it. I'm great.

To get rid of all that on the final day - what a cleansing - and what unconditional love and caring was felt in that room.

Thank you Nelson and Roger for "showing me the light", now I am up and running and looking ahead with a smile on my face.

I learnt that most people are other people, their thoughts are someone else's opinions, their lives not as they seem and it is not my job to change them. It is all a matter of choice.

What a good feeling to know there is life out there for the crinkley's & wrinkley's, and I can know life can be great at 50+ - let the journey begin!
