Visionist

The Visionist is particularly good at predicting future outcomes and planning ahead for what they need. When communicating with a Visionist, it is important to give them the overall “big-picture” (abstract rather than the concrete) first, leaving details to last.

Pictorialist

The Pictorialist is particularly good at co-ordinating things and turning concepts and notions into clear cut procedures. When communicating with a Pictorialist, it is important to give them sufficient facts and details to permit them to build a clear mental picture of whatever it is that is being communicated.
