It was great fun going on camp to Hanmer. We stayed at the Hanmer Springs Forest Camp Trust again but this time without snow. It was still very cold but the boys didn’t seam to mind the challenge. It was up early and into breakfast ready for another big day. Every day was fill of things to do and they boys where always doing something. From swimming, forest walks, golf, fire brigade practice. It was all on. One of the highlights was a ride on the fire truck. They boys where very excited about this.
We would like to acknowledge Christchurch City Council for their contribution, John Donaldson (fire brigade) Roger Keey (forest walk) Their support made this camp possible and enjoyable for the boys
